Shipping

Thanks to our awesome warehouse team, we now provide SAME-DAY shipping Monday-Friday on in-stock orders placed by 10am Pacific Time. During a storewide sale, due to higher than normal sales volume, orders should be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Antitoxins and other perishable overnight items ship daily Mon-Thu at 9am, so orders placed after 9am will ship the next available day.

Orders under 20# may ship via USPS or UPS while orders over 20# ship via UPS. Orders over 20# cannot ship via PO Box.

AK/HI residents: We can ship to you, but all orders need to go USPS.  Example on shipping UPS to an AK zip code for a 2# starter kit quoted today 8/2/23: about $180. Please ensure you provide an accepted USPS address.

Shipping is FREE on all orders totaling $100 or more, hooray!  

***Orders that are returned to us through no fault of our own will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.  Please double check your address.*** 

***Claims for missing items must be made within 14 days of delivery.***

***In case of a lost package due to the mail carrier, we are required to wait 21 days before sending a replacement order.***
