My 3 pet wethers love the buffet. They eat different minerals at different times. Like currently they are really into the copper and silicon. Back in the fall it was the c and b vitamins. I see them tasting some of the other minerals too. My wethers look beautiful and healthy so I attribute most of it to the minerals they get!
Our little herd had some lice that moved in this winter. I treated them with the Yellow Sulfur Powder on their backs from head to tail. No more lice! It has a lite sulfur smell, that was to be expected, it does not bother me. Some fellow farmers mentioned it can be offputting, but not the case here.
After having a mineral bar for my goats for a few months, I will never run a herd without one. They look so great. Thick, soft, shiney coats.
I bought this because my goats have not gotten pregnant after multiple breedings. A friend recommended trying kelp and so far they haven't recycled! I will do a blood test to confirm but really hopeful. Thank you for supplying this product! (:
I have reordered 2 times, and I keep getting the bigger bags ! I have 13 goats...5 wethers, 8 does, every time I fill the containers they are right there ! I'm so happy that I get these minerals for my kids !
