Slide Care Instructions:

Thoroughly rinse out the McMaster chambers with warm running water.

Let slide air dry.

If the chamber becomes dirty soak for only a few minutes in warm water containing dish soap; do not soak in soap for long periods, as this will cause the chamber to become cloudy.

These McMaster counting slides were designed to be used again and again.  They were made with sonic welding to fuse the upper and lower sections together, thereby eliminating the possibility of residue of a previous fecal specimen being trapped between the two layers. These counting slides can be re-used with confidence, requiring only a simple cleaning procedure.
