How soon will I need to reorder?

Consumption varies greatly between herds and we've found it is not possible to anticipate which minerals a specific herd will need, but you'll find that many of these will not need to be reordered for quite some time.  We have users still using the same original minerals a year later because their goats consume hardly any.  You will find that you'll have about 5 or 6 top minerals you'll need to reorder fairly quickly but as your animals get into balance, they'll consume less and less, or switch to another few favorites as their needs change.

Is this safe for _______?

According to FCE, the mineral buffet is safe for all species which makes this system ideal for mixed species herds.  That's one of my favorite parts, not worrying if my sheep or goats are getting enough!

Love this!!

I ordered this after looking at it for awhile. Goats loved it. Within 1 week had to order 1 mineral, after 2 weeks they were out of 4 more!! I have 7 goats. I've got it set up it both barns. Half in one barn and the other half in the other, only because I have 1 goat that is a jerk and a pig and doesn't like to share.

Minerals for the nd’s

So far so good. The first day they ate all the vitamins, the zinc, and the selenium. I still have to put the tarp protection better so when we get heavy down pours the buffet doesn’t get wet! I used a feeder from tractor supply and red parrot feeder cups from Amazon. The cups fit well in the feeder. Time will tell how we do. The 3 goats have not tried to tear it up on climb in it.

Seriously amazing to watch

The goats love it...some they totally ignore but the ones they love they hit HARD.
Be prepared to reorder within 3 days because our herd of 6 are 3 of the 1lb varieties up that fast. That's my one complaint but it's not a problem - it's the beginning of finding answers for the problems we have seen in our herd. It's gonna be expensive - accept that. But overall, it will help avoid the loss of livestock, loss of pregnancies, fertility rate, milk production and quality, coat quality, hoof issues, and more.
