Goats are so healthy & shiny

Absolutely Love it!

I've had one doe that I have struggled with no success on getting her healthy. She has showed mineral deficient and 'poor' no matter what I did. 3 months on the mineral buffet and I've never seen her looking so good!!! Her coat is is glossy and vibrant color. She was my biggest reason for getting the mineral buffet and I couldnt be prouder. My other goats are looking great too!

The hardest part was figuring out how to best provide access to the minerals!

I really benefitted from reading and seeing pictures/videos of other people’s set ups. Sadly, I am not even a slightly skilled carpenter, and I was doing it without any help, so some of the really cool ideas were beyond my capabilities. But I purchased a bunch of little cage cup containers from Amazon, labeled them by etching the plastic with an awl, stretched some small mesh fencing on a wood pallet, and hung the cups on that. The goats got right into the minerals when it was done, so I think it’s going to be a success!

Pure product with great results!

I used for lice on my goats and remedied in just days! Now I keep on hand and add regularly to their bedding to prevent future outbreaks. Getting the mineral buffet next!

Small herd, BIG benefits!!!

I have started a small Pygmy and Nigerian Dwarf goat herd and a small alpaca herd. Personally, I use natural herbs, essential oils, and food as medicine and always want to do the same for my animals. I found Little Avalon Farm and the Mineral Buffet in my research and was so excited when she offered a Black Friday sale! I purchased the 2 pound option. Although the minerals showed up quickly, I had yet to find a way of offering the minerals to my animals. After a few weeks, I found an alternative feeder that I was happy with (picture below). These rotating decorations have separate compartments which I labeled with an acrylic marker and filled with individual minerals.

As soon as I presented the free choice minerals to my goats, they tasted different minerals, drank some water and went on their happy way. Since then, I have noticed increased energy, little scabs on their heads healing and shiny coats.

Good variety of minerals a lot expensive

We started with using all the minerals and after spending a small fortune we decided to add a multi purpose mineral blend from Purina into the mix. Now our mineral buffet is basically V4, silicone and Purina. All the others are still available, just being consumed at a much slower rate and saving us a fair bit of money.

Works great for my herd

I've been using the mineral buffet for about 2 years now. It has worked great for my goat heard. They look great with nice coats of hair. I used to have to copper bolus Maggie twice a year, her black hair would start to turn red. But now with the mineral buffet she does not show any signs of needing to be copper bolus. I love the mineral buffet for my herd of goats.

I am so happy that our Nigerian Dwarf breeder shared your product information with me. We have five whethers that range in age from 8 months to 1 1/2 years old. Our yearnings look fantastic. Their coats are so shiny and their body condition is great. It's fascinating to see how certain minerals disappear rapidly one month and then it switches to some others. Our goats are very pleased with this purchase.
Our sheep love it as well.
